Hello,
are you running WorldView Live or the free edition? Are you using Windows or Mac? Did you try to reinstall it? Which is the current version? (Check in the settings app -> Worldview -> About WorldView)

Hi, I am on a pc and I installed the app from the app store on my iphone. It is WorldView Live 1.4.2 And yes I did re-install it and that didn't work.

This is a new issue I am not aware of. Is it a fresh install? Are there bookmarks present? Which iPhone/iPod firmware version is installed?
Does it crash with you doing anything than starting the app?
Could you please try to navigate to the following directory:
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/<DEVICE_NAME>
Windows Vista: C:\Users<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>
Each log file will begin with the name of the application. Create a zip file from these applications (Windows Right-Click->WinZip) and then email it to me please. This file would be very very important to get a glimpse of what may go wrong.

I have an iPod touch; crash occurs immediately since the recent up-grade.....I have the live version.

Nan, I would need that crash report also from you, if you are on a Mac, you can find it here: ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>
@all: Wild guess: The database has an issue, please try the following: Go to the settings app, open WorldView settings, choose reset and then turn Reset On. Restart WorldView.
This will create a new database and delete the bookmarks locally! If you have turned on the backup feature, you will get them back. As I said, this is a wild guess, I am close to release another version and if there is a problem here, I would need more information so I can check and implement a fix.
Sorry for the inconveniences this causes
